Driver Responsibilities
Drivers play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. By driving for ELNA LLC, you agree to:

• Maintain a Valid License: You must hold a valid driver’s license and insurance at all times while providing services.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Your vehicle must meet all safety and cleanliness standards required by local transportation laws.
• Timely Service: Arrive on time for all scheduled pick-ups and notify both ELNA LLC and the passenger of any delays.
• Adhere to Traffic Laws: Obey all traffic rules, regulations, and speed limits to ensure the safety of passengers.

Passenger Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and safe transportation, passengers using ELNA LLC’s sharing services are required to:

• Be Punctual: Be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location.
• Respect the Driver: Treat the driver and the vehicle with respect. Any damage caused by the passenger will result in compensation for the repairs.
• Follow the Rules: No smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is permitted inside the vehicle.

3. Payment Terms

• Booking and Payment: All services must be booked in advance, and payment is required either online or in person at the time of service.
• Failure to Pay: If payment is not received or if your payment method is declined, ELNA LLC reserves the right to refuse service until the balance is cleared.

Reporting Issues
