Service Terms

• Availability: Our NEMT services are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate every booking, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or driver unavailability.
• Booking: You are required to book our services at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
• Pricing: All prices for our services are outlined on the website or provided via direct communication. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated before booking confirmation.
• Payment: Payments for services must be made in full prior to or upon service completion. We accept credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and other payment methods specified at checkout.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: You may cancel your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: If our service is canceled by ELNA LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation notice.
• No-Shows: If you are not present at the scheduled pickup time and location, the service will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

• ELNA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, missed appointments, or accidents.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
